Paste the Signature and Save
Paste the signature content you copied in Step 1 and set it as your
default.
-
Click + Create new (if you don't have a signature). Give your
signature a name (e.g., "ZOOM REI Signature").
- Click inside the signature text box that appears.
-
Paste the copied content:
- Windows: Press Ctrl + V
- Mac: Press Cmd + V
-
The signature should appear exactly as it looked in the tool's
output box.
-
Important: Avoid using the Gmail formatting
buttons (bold, color, etc.) after pasting, as they can
interfere with the existing HTML formatting.
-
Under "Signature defaults," select your new signature for both
"FOR NEW EMAILS USE" and "ON REPLY/FORWARD USE" (or adjust to your
preference).
-
Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
Your new HTML signature is now active!
